Subject: Supercharged 5.9 pinging

Message:
I recently installed a Vortech supercharger designed for a '96 5.2 Jeep GC on my '98 5.9 GC (no kit exists for the 5.9 yet). I am getting some pinging under heavy boost. I think it is b/c I T'd my vacuum lines to the FMU, ignition box, and bypass valve off of the emissions line on the drivers side of the manifold & now the SC components aren't reading true manifold pressure. The '96 engine has an additional nipple that can be dedicated to the supercharger components & provide more accurate boost readings. I have noticed that the map sensor has a vacuum fitting on it & was wondering if I can run some of the SC components off of this or if this is an input fitting.
Anyone have any suggestions for plumbing this better (short of drilling the manifold & installing a new nipple or swapping manifolds.)?
Here is a diagram of my current vacuum setup:

manifold----T----------------------T----FMU

Sorry for the long post.
TIA,

The FMUY should be on its own vacuum line. The Boost Bypass should be tapped into any manifold vacuum source, and the boost gauge can use the hole from the IAT sensor (you'll need an adapter). Move the IAT sensor out of the manifold as boost will eat up the thermistor and plastic housing around it. (Put it in the intake side of the blower tube.)
