 Subject: 5.9L swap

I have a 93 dakota 4X4 with a 5.2L.
I am interested in swapping the tired 5.2L with a 5.9L for the extra pulling power But I need information on this swap. Does anyone know where I can get information on this swap? Any help would be appreciate.

The only difference between the 2 is that the 360 uses different short block, it is externaly balanced, and the computer programing. Thats it.

You have to have computer, Harmonic balancer and the balace wieghts welded to the torque convertor, or the appropiate flywheel if a manual trans. Pretty easy swap almost did it on my 97.
