A single 3" exit system is more efficient than a dual exit system without converting the entire truck to a true dual with x-pipe or h-pipe.
Spintech, Gibson, JBA, MBRP, Flomaster, Borla, Dynomax, are all decent systems. It all depends on the sound and looks you want.
Warranty wise, you can do whatever you want to the exhaust system. Removing the catalytic converter(s) will start causing issues though. (KatBox, noise, etc.)
