I was pondering whether or not an R/T could keep up with a s/c V6 or not. If all things being equal (tire size, mods, driver skills, etc), who do you think would be able to pull ahead??? I've seen some pretty quick V6's out there!

Take a RC R/T with a good driver and a blown v6 and anything could happen, a friend of mine ran his RC R/T in the 14s easily stock

Hmmmm...well, I "took out" two R/T's in Houston and have since upped the Nitrous shot. ;)
She's capable of high 14's now as well...and still gets 17.5-18mpg on the highway.
On the "bone stock" R/T running 14's, your buddy has one of the (very rare) factory trucks that's dialed in perfectly from the production plant. Most "stock" R/T's run 15.6-15.9's.

Well my r/t (bone Stock) ran a 15.2 and I spun from the beginning. I would like to see a 14 second stock R/t but at this time I have not. I'm sure though that a v6 S/C could diffenetly hang wiht the R/t. I've driven a stock 3.9 and was impressed so I'm sure S/C it would do very well!!

It depends on the other modifications you have on the V6. Just the supercharger alone won't beat an R/T.
If done right, you'll gain about 100HP over stock (that's HP at the crank...not rear wheels). This includes Headers, TB, properly sized Air Filter, ignition system, t'stat, plugs, wires, and exhaust system.
