i was wondering what a 1997 or newer regular cab with a 5.2 liter with or without automatic tranny was getting for its 0 to 60 times.Preferably would like to get times for stock dakotas but ones with mods are fine too.

'97 5.2 auto, RC, SB,ran 7.5 0-60,15.6 at 86mph 1/4 mile stock.Added a K&N gen II,under drive crank pully,JBA headers,ported TB,LSD(3.55),MSD blaster 3 coil,cut in muffler,accel 9000 wires,2923 plugs,brass cap and rotor,IAT adjuster,255-55-16 scorpion zero tires,Black Magic 150 fan,now it runs 0-60 at 5.9sec,1/4mile in 14.2 sec at 97 mph.This truck has a lower 1st gear in the trans,shorter tires and is about 200lbs less than a stock R/T.Next mods will be a custom computer flash and some 1.7 roller rockers in the hope that I get a sub 14sec 1/4 mile time.
