Has anyone tried any of the DIS systems. If you did, any gains and did the car run better? All the info you want to give is good. I want to put one on the 4.7.

The 4.7 has a DIS system allready from the factory, distributorless ignition system.the only upgrade I`ve seen for our ignition is this msd piggy back coil pack setup and I really doubt it does much,Ive asked for info on it but they dont have much to say so far

Yea, that would be the MSD stacker ignition, the one for 8 separate coils. I doubt MSD would manufacture a product that you wouldnt see any gains from.
