Okay here we go, I'm putting a hotter cam, a throttle body spacer, and a g-forced ram air on my dakota. What kind of power gains should I get and with these mods who thinks I can take an rt with them?

Why don't you wait till you get this all on your truck, but get it dyno'd before and after, then race an R/T at a track and let us know. I'd magically sh*t the numbers for you but unfortunately don't have to crap right now.

a throttle body spacer is a waste of money ... it hasnt shown ANY gain in HP or MPG ....
