Where can I find the Intake Ait Temp on a 2000 Dakota 4.7, I want to move it closer to the filter on my cold air intake.

it is on the throttle body driver side. Better off getting an IAT Adjuster

Its on your intake manifold on the driver side. It stands straight up and down and is about 1-2" back from the throttle body.
