Some one awhle ago had a post up on MSD DIS ignition system for the 4.7 I was just wondering if you had any luck finding one, and if you did what was the P/N and what were some HP specs for it?

It will be Stacker Ignition, Eight-Channel, Distributorless part# MDS-7020 and it should be released in about 2 months. Summit has it listed at 368.00

I have the ignition solutions system and I didn't notice anything and I have a supercharger making it easier to notice if there would be any gain. I havn't run it on the dyno though.

Horbedarn: You got the Plasma Direct right? Was the $299.00 for the set of coils? How hard were they to install?

I got the Plasma Booster. They don't have the coil package. It was $300. It is really easy to install. You just have to tap into one of the wires on each of the coils.

I say that because I had so many problems with it. I was missing parts, couldn't read the instructions, the sc computer died, I have engine lights, I had to modify the air intake tube to make it fit, and some others that I know I am forgetting. Their quality control sucks. When you spend that kind of money on a product, you should get better quality control. The thing performs well. It doesn't start really producing any boost until over 3000 rpms, unless you change the pulley.
