I was just wandering if anyone could tell what i could do to my stock 2000 dakota sport v8 i have a k&n air filter system in there but it isnt enough can anyone help me?

(1) Modified Throttle Body (Flometrics)
(2) Headers (Mopar preferred but others work just as well)
(3) Mopar Performance PCM
(4) 180 Degree T'Stat

That's enough to get you going much faster...what rear-end gears are you running? (Check your glovebox - Big sticker has the gear ratio.)

If you stick with the Mopar Performance parts, no. On the 180 T'Stat, that won't effect your warranty but the throttle body might...but just on the throttle body part of the warranty.

(Magnusson-Moss Act...it protects us from the dealer crap of "Voiding your warranty". They can't do that anyway without proving that the aftermarket part caused the failure. And then...they can only void that part.)

I had the same exact question as Nick.My 2000 Sport has 3.55.I have never noticed the big sticker in the glove box ,Have you guessed I am not a mechanic,yet.
