Airaid works good. TB spacer is a $75 paper weight. With our manifold design, spinning the air does no good. (Dyno proven!) Waste of money!

Have any of you heard of the Quick D intake?

It looks impressive (I know, not that anyone is going to SEE it), polished steel & a cone K&N, and the price is good.

Email him and a month later he'll get back to you and tell you that once he gets your money it will take him 2+ weeks to build one! No thanks. I got an Airaid!

Try this on your Airaid. Add 5 inches of PVC pipe to the front. With the rubber flap removed from behind the grill this puts the filter closer to the "cold air". You may have to ease some of the AC hoses out of the way.

Won't rain have an effect on the filter being that close to the front grill? I would think running down the highway in the rain, water will enter in that area without the flap and soak the filter.
Have you driven in the rain and has it had a effect in that area?

I drove through one on the worst thunderstorms I have ever seen this summer while at the beach. It did not seem to have any effect. I will keep every one informed.
