 Subject: rear disc brake conversion?2004 to 1992

i have been reading and it seems like the 2003-2004 dakota 8.25 chrysler rear end has disc brakes... can a swap this with the 1992 dakota? does it just bolt in (mounts and drive shaft) i also noticed its a five lug- are the axles interchangeable between 5 to 6 lug and also disc to drum? if so then i could possibly get a 3.92 lsd with disc brakes from the junkyard and that would be sweet- i am sure there is some type of hitches with this? or maybe just use those spacers to convert it back to six lug...
it just a thought- has anyone done this and is it possible... thanks for the input!!!!!!
