Removing the EGR, Evap Cannister, Transducer and check valve. All have electrical connection. Anyone done this and what was result? Do I need to bypass or rewire anything? Any performance gains or loss?

you might want to do some reading and educate yourself on the EGR valve

because,
the engine will run better &
give better fuel economy with it
and will also Ping like hell without it

Many of these things are 'monitored' by
the ECM - engine computer , without them
or an equivalent 'dummy' , will go into
fault mode - = poor performance and fuel
mileage , depending on year and trans .
