i have a 2004 single cab with a 3.7 and it has been hard to find parts, but i have found some that will give you fairly decent gains. I have an AEM brute force intake i had to modify a little by bending the box some so it could fit. I also put on a flowmaster 40 series muffler with a turndown. Finally, go to http://store.summitracing.com/egnsearch.asp?N=700+4294923429+4294839039+400361+4294908280+115+4294839520
and scroll down and there will be headers. They are for a jeep liberty, but it is the exact same engine and will work.

Throttle body spacers are a total waste of your money. I doubt you'll find one anywhere that advertises dyno proven gains.

Same with the Jet chips the computer learns its way around it after a while. Get a Superchips or Hypertech, or at least a computer tuner like them. They reflash your trucks computer, the Jet chips just tweak the incoming signals to the PCM to fool it into doing different things.

Kota Kid,

I beg to differ with the Jet Chip continues to work fine, the computer will not learn around, have you actually used one?

92 and 97 Daks both with many mods.

The engine might not be able to learn around the chip, (which it might because if the O2's see a rich mixture they will lean it out to return it to stock) but what's the point of spending $250 on a plug in that just modifies the IAT signal to make the computer think the air is colder than it really is. I mean come one, what are you going to gain from that, 3hp? Complete waste of money.

Unfortunately, the 3.7 has no tuner available that I know of.

the AEM intake is made for a 4.7, but all i had to do was bend the box and mess around with the vacuum line, but other than that, it is an easy install.

WaDak,

Show me the dyno graph, similiar ambient conditions, of a 'Jet Chip'.

I"ve seen others that actually lost a HP.

Do you have a dyno showing gains, or a butt dyno?
