Subject: Firestorm Under the Cap/Plugs. IP: Logged
Message: Just replaced the distributor cap, rotor and Autolites.
The inside of the cap and the rotor look like the Army paint shop in Iraq painted them. Tan dust everywhere.
Usually the spark residue is on the cap right next to the electrodes.
Any ideas?
Also, the plugs look like a Southern Belle's alibaster shoulder. Except for rounded edges on the working end, the plugs look new. I suppose that indicates the mixture is alright.
