Just installed the Gibson Extreme Dual Exhaust on my 04 QC. Just thought I'd post some install and performance info incase anyone wanted to know.

Install is fairly easy, took about 2 hours. I'm a complete idiot when it comes to auto installs, so if I can do it, almost anyone can. I installed it without a lift, just laying on my back (not recommended). If you can get to a lift, jack it up. My wife helped on a few areas, so it would help to have a second pair of hands.

Sound is amazing, nice deep tone, not too loud, just right. I'll post more once I get some mpg info and feel for any power increase.

Cool!
Remember to include info on the sound inside the cab.
I wouldn't have bought my Flowmaster had I known how loud it is inside.

Sound inside the cab is nice, not loud at all. I have a K&N FIPK Cold Air Intake, so when I hit the gas hard the engine is much loader than the exhaust in the cab. Probably because I'm closer to the engine. I'm not sure how it sounds outside the truck when I'm driving.

The exhaust has a sweet rumble when you are lightly on the gas. Could not be happier so far.
Lets see how Day 2 treats me.

My exhaust has been on a little over a week. MPG's went up about .5 so far. Not bad considering I was a bit heavy on the gas for the week enjoying my new roar. Perhaps next week it will go up a bit more.

My power was considerably more the first few days. I think the engine's computer adjusted after a few days and toned it down a little. I need a chip to get this truck running optimally. Still seeing an increase in power. I need it since I'm running 33" x 12.5" tires with 3.55 gears.

Inside cab noise is not a factor at all, very mild.

So far I am extremely happy with the choice of going with Gibson. Loud enough to get people to look, but not too load and annoying for my neighbors at 4:30am when I pull out of my driveway.
