I use a gold coffee filter in my Mr Coffee......Seems to work pretty good.

Steve, you would be better off if shatto would quit trying to pretend that he is an expert on filtration and lubrication.
When started this thread he asked someone what the micron rating was on a specific filter. Amsoil's own position is that micron ratings are not valid.
Another thing that I noticed from some advertisements is that Fram was rated better than Wix in two key catagories. Those tests, I'm sure, wouldn't set very well with most people on this board. It certainly calls into question the validity of the tests.
