Sure they'll fit, but why?
GenIII seats are nice with the seude inserts, but GenIIs are more plentifull. You'll probably need to fab a mount for them, shouldn't be that difficult.
Make sure the air bladders work when you get them.
They'll most likely be black, are you planning on changing the rest of your interior to match?

thanks for the info. well i want something diffrent from the stock seat design. i could get them covered in leather but it would be pricy. theres a site where u can get good prices on a set any generation seats from the viper. they look nice and have good side support.

The lateral, side, support is somewhat better on the GenIIIs, they're likely to cost more, but they'll probably be in better shape. Latteral on the GenIIs is far better than any Dakota seat, so your ahead either way.
One other thing to think of: the guide for the seat belt is on the inside(not that it matters, just switch seats left for right) for GenIIs, and it may be a bit low for the Dak belt. Just a thought.
None of them flip forward much at all, so if you have a club cab it's not going to help access to the back.
