Alright boys and girls, get em while they're hot. Billet aluminum fuel rails for 5.2/5.9 Magnum motors equipped with either the M1 or kegger intake manifolds. This Group buy is availble from Ross Machine Racing. Retail is $250. However, if we can get 5 or more people, the price would be $199 a set with fittings, stainless hardware and clamps. This GB will be valid for 3 weeks and will end Monday March 20th. Attached either by link (see below), or shown, are pics of the rails. The rails (attached pics) are the updated ones and may not resemble the rails shown on the web site. If you have ANY technical/general questions regarding these rails, contact Matt Cornelius at RMR, NOT ME!

I will only be responsible for these rails if your truck goes 1/10 quicker in the 1/4 mile. *lol*

Here's how you get them.

Contact Matt Cornelius at RMR by phone (410)575-6100 x20 or email cornelius@rossmachine.com and give him your billing/shipping/credit card info and Group Buy Number 371. Also tell him your username and forum/board you're from. Once we hit the minimum number of buyers (5), RMR will begin billing the people already signed up in an effort to get them thier set asap.

Disclaimer per RMR: there are a few intake setups where people with the beer barrel intake might have to "hand tweak" the stainless clamps a bit to get it where it has to be. But other then that, they bolt right up.

That's not a bad price. I've thought about using their material to make my own but it is a bit of work. Getting the AN fittings and hoses can be a bit of a chore too.

Are they offering different colors?

It's just good old high-temp engine paint. Powder coater wanted about $300 to do that. I might try powder coating small parts myself one of these days.

Say, you wouldn't happen to have masqueraded as "Howdy Doody" once? That righteous setup you have there looks familiar... :-)

P.S. Do you have those in use on an engine? If so, how are the color and finish holding up?

It gets dirty just like anything else. I have an older M1 that was powdercoated white and it doesn't look very good. At the very least this is much cheaper to touch up. Darker colors, in powdercoat, might fair better.

Hey N56629
Where did you get the MSD from, is it for the 318 or a 287.
How much hotter does it burn, do you get the long lasting spark after 3500 rpms.

It's a 6A and it works on either the v8 or v6. The msd only works and lower rpm - below 3500 if I recall. Above 3500 msd can't keep up and it reverts to a standard type ignition system. Spark duration is 20 degrees and it's rated at 45kv.
