Welcome,
Go to Members and click on uploads, there you can upload your profile and thumbnail pics.

The photos cannot be larger than 400p for profile and 100p for thumbnail.

If I remember correctly, the thumbnail picture wouldn't upload unless I used a JPG of the correct dimensions. Somewhere during the upload it got converted to a GIF. The dialog says to upload a GIF, but every time I tried that format it failed. When I tried a JPG out of desperation/frustration/agravation it finally worked...
