Hey all - Im looking to install my HO cams in my '01 4.7 and need the instructions. Does anyone have a link to where they are posted or have a copy they can email me?
Also looking for the install tool - does anyone have an old one you are no longer using that you might want to sell??

Please help so I can get these cams in. Its killing me seeing them sit in this box everyday!!!

may i suggest you spend $100 and get a factory service manual. that will help you with the install along with everything else. btw, i did a search and found many articles on the cam install. see for yourself.

Fact.Rep - thanks for the advise but Im trying to save money. Dont think Ill be forking over $100 for a manual Ill hardly use. And for some reason I cant search THIS site anymore - has that now been reserved for members only?

Daddio - thanks for the link but it doesnt work anymore. They must have changed the site. I also searched yahoo but could find the instructions...lots of good articles but no instructions.

Somebody has to have a copy - this mods been done SOOOooo many times on this board - Cant someone HELP???

I gave over a dozen on CD away- free!

Had to, 'Lurkin' gave one to me- free!

I'll bet they're still on e-bay, for about $10.

Dude, all I can say was that manual was PRICELESS when I used it to do my front gears!

It has everything. I could print out what pages I needed, including torque specs, and take those print outs to the messy garage with me :)




For some PICTURES of what you are getting into, click on my signature at the bottom of my posts. Go find where I did my cam swap and I have pics of it as I do with ALL of my mods :)
