Years ago I thought you mentioned you found a shop, in the houston area, that installed your rear end gears for $150.

If you, or anyone else knows where I can it done
in the Houston area, let me know.

TIA

Dude, you STILL don't have the guts to attempt it yourself??? LOL! J/K :)

I had to mess with mine a bit and search a lot to get it right, but it's all good. Just did the front.

Yea, I saw your posts.

I don't have the time, or the specialized tools.

No problem dude. Just messing with you. :)
That was YOU who sent me the shop manual on CD right? It helped on the front. I got lost a few times.

I just did my dual exhaust. It was a sum biatch on this QC 4X4

Harder than the gear swap!

I saw your duals install also. Kudos to ya.

Yes, it was me that sent you that shop manual on CD!!

I'm calling around, and with a major install kit, it'll be $422 installed. I got the 3.92's for $80 already.

I know that's the route to go, warranty and all, but I would like to do it for less!

I was quoted $175 by a shop in the Dallas area for gears and LSD install. Already have the gears, LSD and install kit sitting in my garage. Thinking I might attempt it myself instead. I can get the Chrysler spanner and a pinion gauge combined for less than $100, and would be a good little weekend project.
