I have a 00 4.7 5 speed and I dont think those mods will get you into the 13's. I have similar stuff, and it has run best of 14.53 on the motor. With a small dry shot of nitrous I have run 14.03. Need more time at the track to fine tune, then will run 13.90's. You will need help to get into the 13's.

From what the guy at KRC told me the H.O. camshafts doesn't even compare to the 206 cam and he also said that with the set up that i have listed above i should hit around the low 14s or high 13s

the 206 should add about 10 more horses and a 20 more ft/lbs. But remember the cam costs $500 dollars more than the HOs and you also have to replace all your valve springs (which i friggin hate doing). Good gains though. I would be afraid it would make your truck lope a little too without a pcm flash. My truck has a slight lope at idle just from the HOs.

I got the 218 cam from KRC. This is the way to go. I do have valve float at 5500 rpm because I didn't change out the springs. I am going to do it this month when I have time. If you replace the cam, buy the all new bolt. They are torque to yield bolts and if you retighten them they may snap or will snap under load. For the money this is a must. It should only cost $25 bucks or less. The 218 is not that lopy the stock computer. If you took of the manifold like I did make sure the vaccuum hose on the rear is tight. It tends to leak and you will not hear it making the truck idle like crap. a little thread sealer does the trick. I True duels will not gain you anything but removing the 3rd cat will. I have the fastman 68mm TB, 218 KRC Cams, 3rd cat removed with delt 40 2.5" exaust single in duel out , 03 intake manifold cool air intake. all on the stock computer. I timed it on a strip of road measured out to 1/4 mile. It ran low 14's. I would be really surprised if I broken into the 13's. Highly doubt it. Even when I replace the springs and get the Kenne Bell flash, I doubt I will break into the 13's
