depends on who does the work and where you get your parts, krcperformance makes a rear disc conversion kit for $900

I have 2 new 4 piston calipers from an early
mopar I think that I was working on for my 2000
before I sold it. 1 bracket is done and the
caliper is milled down to fit the stock 8x15 wheels
These don't have a park brake.

$200.00 for all the stuff.

I also have a pair of like new front calipers with
pads for a 99 back.
