I have a 99 3.9L dak where is the thermostat at and how do i change it to a 180 degree thermo stat is is a pain in the azz or not please help?

Ur T-Stat is under the big black hose that goes down next to your alt. All ya gotta do is buy a 180 t-stat remove the one you have and put the other in.

Be sure and drill a small hole in the plate so the system in "self-burping".
