I just bought a 2003 dakota 4x4 3.9 the slowest damm thing i have ever drove man im dumb for buying this Truck. But it sure looks pretty.
The question I have is. Is it worth it to get dual ex and a fastman TB. Or should i just dump it and find a V8.

For me its the 8 in the truck that makes all the difference - I'd trade or resell & buy again. When I test drove a 6 I thought it was as slow as my old 4 banger taco.

There are people here who have fast capable V6 power under the hood. However, since you have not started modding yours, you should seriously consider finding one with a V8.
Just think if an intake for both is around 200 and they both give you a 3% gain.
3.2L 175 hp * 3% = 5.25 hp
5.2L 230 hp * 3% = 6.9 hp
5.9L 250 hp * 3% = 7.5 hp
I know that you may not get the exact same performance gains, but you get the picture.
And no offence but had you done your research, you could have bought a truck one year newer with the 3.7L that made 210 hp
