have a 1992 Dakota Sport 3.9 with auto o/d,when I heavy accelerate from a stop it thumps much like tire hop on wet pavement ,if I apply my brakes load up and pull away its fine,so far I have checked all mouts ,springs,shocks all bo;ts re&I the diff checked all gears and bearings as well as all races etc plus replaced the fluids with additives and it still does it .?? any remarks my tranny also was adjusted and checked out fine as welll as my drive shaft steady bearing and u-joints ?? whats next its a great truck.
