OMG I would NEVER install one of those on my Dak! LOL! 
That is just some fake a$$ $hit for suckers to buy. When you opened the hood and ppl saw there was NO BLOWER sitting on top of your engine, that would be embaressing.
Leave them fake scoops for the baretta's and Cavaliers running around Phoenix :)

That's kind of funny.
Except... the mud flaps ACTUALLY have a purpose I think!
A scoop sticking out of the hood that has butterfiles hooked up to impersinate something like a HUGE 671, etc blower would be under there, is pretty dumb.
I can't believe some would make such a thing. And I can't believe someone would buy such a thing!
Keep the Yosimite Sam mud flaps!

They are fake injection scoops, not all engines that have those have blowers, they just have hilborn fuel injection.
