Can anyone give me a good link to port and polish a stock TB on a 04 QC 4.7? Is this a mod worth doing or buy a new performace TB? Is the stock TB really a 68mm, if it is that seems really big for a stock engine. Another question I would really love to get rid of the speed limit on my truck (96 mph). What is the best way about this and if I have to buy a Flash or chip do I have to run higher octane fuel? Any information would really help guys thanks in advance :)

Big? Compared to what? Don't try comparing it to a 50mm or 52mm for a Magnum engine. You are at 1x68mm and the Magnum engine is at 2x50mm.
I'm not sure but I think you can run Superchips in 87 octane mode and get rid of the rev and speed limits. I'm sure someone here has the answer to that question.
