What noise it makes when an engine ping?
I've never listened that... or maybe I've but I don't know it is that.

Does it can do that when I start the engine. Just has it reach an hot temp?

uhh.. thats some odd speak. yeah, a pinging engine has to do with preignition, usually due to extreme pressure or carbon build up. it will usually have to be a hot engine, using a higher octane gas can help, make sure you're using the proper grade, if its recommended to use mid grade dont use base grade gas... you can also do an engine fuel system treatment, that will help remove the carbon, but fixing the source of the carbon buildup is the total fix for the problem... sometimes it has to do with ignition timing, so you may want to check that too.
