i have a 2000 R/T cc and i wanted to know if any one knows what the max lift of a cam you can put in a 360. or tell me what cam gives you the most increase in power. thanks for the help

You won't go much past .5" gross valve lift on unmodified heads because of valve guide interference. They require machining to allow higher lifts, but again, much beyond .5" starts getting pretty lofty for a reasonable street engine.
