Subject: Need Help Identifiying Exhaust Manifolds

Message:
I bought a pair of Dakota V8 Magnum exhaust manifolds and installed them on my 1967
Dodge Coronet. The seller didn't know what year these were off of so I need some help. The
casting numbers from my exhaust manifolds are as follows: 53010186 passenger side and
53010187 driver side. The passenger side does not have holes for the EGR valve. I'm
planning on buying Pacesetter headers and have come across 3 different part numbers for
years 1992 thru 2001 Dakotas. Does anybody know the differences of the headers available
for these years? The headers part # for 1992-95 is 70-1312, for 1996 is 70-1315, and for
1997-2001 is 70-1317. Which years had an EGR attached? Is there any difference on the
size of the collectors? Can all these hook up to the crossover pipe of any Dakota of these
years? I can really use somebody's help. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

1996-present have no egr

the part number for 92-95 is for a genII dakota with egr

the part number for 96 is for a genII without egr

the part number for 1997+ is for a genIII dakota that doesnt have egr.

the reason the two different non-egr part numbers is because of the body style change.
