Is there anything out there that will improve the performance of my ram 4.7? I have already put a kn air system and throttle body spacer with negligible gains. If anyone knows please let me know I would like to gain at least 10% or more without investing $3000.

HO cams, larger throttle body, and 4.10 or 4.56 gears. Get rid of the throttle body spacer. What year is your truck? Maybe a flash or superchips tuner if available.

Largest gain will be the cams - these are stock parts from the HO Jeep aplication.

Fastman also has a 206 regrind cam for $600. These are supposed to be about double the performance gain of the HO's aren't they?

the 206 regrinds can be ran with stock springs but not a good idea if that makes any sence. the correct springs will run about $180.00 so your looking at $780. plus shipping.
