 Subject: raising cooling fan set point

Ive installed Evans npg+ waterless coolent into my 2002 dakota v6.I need to set the main cooling fan to turn on 5-10 degrees later. Has anyone tried to fool the two wire coolent sensor with a resister.Am I on the right track or can it be alterd another way.

jeff, you can buy a thermo switch and use it to control the fan. i've seen them @ advance for about 20 bucks. thinking of getting one for my truck to set it lower than the factory 210.
