If it is a centrifigul type, then yes.
I am sure you will have to fabricate a mount, and some of the hardware will need different fittings and such. Also, some supercahrgers come with extra injectors. Those would most likely be the wrong size also. If you are a fabricator, you would probably spend the same amount of time and effort to set the truck up with a custom turbo.
If its a roots style blower, you would have to buy a different manifold for the 6 cylinder.
