Felicia,
I have the same problem with my truck. I am on my 13th clutch fan but I'm sure the 14th is going to be the one to fix it. If I were you I wouldn't listen to anything the guys here are saying. The dealer knows all! Even the three tire mechanics that you have working on your truck.

Solution to your problem! Disconnect the electrical fan and continually overheat your engine. Hopefully the engine will blow and you can have it replaced. Maybe if you share this information with the Tire techs they can do it for you and then for sure it will be covered. Maybe plugging the exhaust halfway would help expediate the process.

Yes, I've had this problem before.

I took it to the dealership, and they at first replaced the stock clutch fan. It fixed the problem for about 1000 miles.

After the 1000 miles, it started screwing up again. Took it in this time, and let Larry, Moe, and Curly look at it, and they determined that it was a clogged Flux Capacitor. Replaced it, and temps have settled to 275...

The only warping going on here is time.

I found this thread looking for the same symptoms Felicia has explained and it is true, I am having the same problem, but with a Chevy. I've had the heater blower fan AND transmission clutch replaced 4 times each and it seems to get better each time. . .the fan you keep replacing isn't suppose to turn at all, it's just for show. . .to look retro.

My buddy Fred had the same problem with his Ford until he realized he had just parked it on a campfire. After his 3rd case of beer he decided to fan out the fire with his shirt which then caught on fire. He now has a new shirt and the truck is running much better.
