I don't think they had one for 96. Mopar PCM is probably your only option. It is OBDII though, so there might be a tuner out there.
94 mods - M1 intake, 50mm TB, cam, rockers - 1.6 or 1.7 depending on cam selection, RT heads or port job on existing heads if they are OK, Mopar/Doug Thorley headers, 3" exhaust, high flow cat or no cat depending on where you live, Magnaflow or Flowmaster muffler, replace clutch fan with an electric unit, underdrive pulleys, 180 T-stat, Autolite 3923 plugs, relocate IAT sensor, K&N filter then put a blower on it - Vortech for a 94.
