Greg, if it can't maintain the "swirl after going through the tb butterflys," how well do you suppose it maintains that "swirl" going down into that large open plenum, then making a 180 degree turn and going up and over the top of the manifold and back down to the intake in the head?

Your comments indicate that you don't have a clue as to how your manifold is constructed.

Btw, do you sell these on eBay?

I removed my throttle body spacer today and just like when I put it in, I notice nothing. The tornado makes no sense at all, look at all the things you do to remove obstructions now you are gonna go put one in the way. Honestly you get what you pay for...well less actually. I paid 11 bucks plus 3.50 s&h. Didn't get anywhere close to that in aluminum. lol. Hey man you need, to listen to these guys, they know a whole lot more colectively then anyone on ebay selling you something. Look at it like this guy on ebay has motive to lie (parting sucker from money). Guys here got no reason to lie to you.

Trent,
Thats no proof that they work.
Are we talking professional racers or weekend warriors?
The only proof that they work, is on a dyno, show me the chart of before and after.
You also have to remember most of those cars are not stock or close to stock. They have a lot of modefications, some probably even run CARBS (brings me to my next point) that you cant run on the street, they are tuned totally different.
CARBS, they are different then modern day fuel injection. The fuel is injected before going into the intake manifold, while fuel injection is injected at the end of the intake runners before going into the combustion chamber.
Different.
Highrise manifolds work on some cars for a reason, they have the work done to support such mod. Sure long narrow runners are good for N/A engines and short fat runners are good for boosted engines, but the fuel is being injected in the same spot(fuel injection). On a carb'd engine, add a spacer you move where the fuel's being injected, further away.
I don't belive a 2" spacers going to add anything to a fuel injected engine, if it was that easy, don't you think dodge and every other vehicle manufacture would have added 2" to their intake manifolds to gain such "hidden" power?
