Subject: Brake caliper rubbing

Message:
I don't know much about breaks and my front driver side breaks are rubbing constantly. The wheel is black now from dust. My father-in-law has the same problem in his Cummins. He said he can hear them over the diesel noise. Dodge told him it was normal and they all do that. If so, the brake designer from Dodge is an idiot. If not, can someone tell me how to make it stop. I live in England so the only warranty work I can get done is from a certified British guy 30 miles away. He will keep your truck for 3 weeks to change something as simple as the clutch. Can't live without my truck for that long!
