 Subject: Which cylinder is which?

I have error code 301, which is msfire detected in cylinder 1. I just changed my plugs, so I know that has to be the problem, because it started misfiring the second I started running it. But which cylinder is cylinder 1? I have the 3.9 v6

on the driver's side of the engine starting at the end closest to
the radiator the cylinders are 1, 3 and 5 in order
on the passenger side it's 2,4 and 6 as viewed from the driver's
side

The fireing order marked on intake manifold:
1,6,5,4,3,2, distributor moves in clockwise direction.
