have done some mods on my truck 98 dakota 5.2 L 2wd It seem to be running rich.
here`s the list of mods I have done
1.7 crower rr
m1 with large turtle
Autolite 3923
52mm
elec fan
fipk
relocate iat to the fipk
8.5 mm msd plug wire
msd blaster ss coil
msd 6a
fill the tank with 92 octane fuel and put maybe 25 km on a it and there`s 3/4 of a tank left. exhaust has a eggy smell. I check the tps for voltage and it was set at .80 volts from factory I did not touch it.
I`m still using stock exhaust.

Agreed, relocating the IAT causes the engine to run richer than it was.

Whose station did you fill at ?
Maybe try Sunoco -=- has Ethanol at least one
American made portion..
