What is the best type of tubing to use to connect the blower to
the intake. I started messing around with sum ideas last night
but want to see what you guys think. I was wondering best as in
what kind of piping, width of piping, what kind of connection to
use on each end, and what i should look out for to get a good
temperature (not to hot) inside the tube. Any ideas? Thanks.

I know guys that have used abs for their intakes. You know you can get a good air tight seal.. My charger (kenneBell) just uses that ribbed bendable rubber tube. I believe it is 3.. maybe 3.5". I'm going to relocate the battery one of these days and get something bent up out of metal. Or maybe use abs myself. Go to a good mufler shop and maybe they could bend ya something up.. I wouldn't go smaller taht 3" though.

It's actually plastic/rubber... not metal. So no its not the same as dryer venting. I'm sure that would work though. I'm not even sure where you would buy the stuff that kenne bell sent with the charger. good luck.

Dryer venting?

Are you kidding me here?

You are talking about significant pressure being held so it better be ABS at a minimum to withstand the pressure.

thats true, so you think ABS would work well, better than some type of aluminum or metal? The metal tends to get hot which is no good.

3" is the most common size tubing. Buck is correct nothing smaller than your intake size.
It must also be airtight to keep the boost up so the joints are critical.

Aluminum is best.
