Mark, I sell the PPH headers that fit your truck. The PPH have been on extended back order, but I've got a dozen sets that should be ready for shipping this week.

I checked your site. Thanks. I can only see the PPH headers that fit the 4x2? I have a '97 5.2L 4x4 extended cab. Do you have these? What is the price, if so?

Unfortunately, no... PPH has discontinued the headers for the 4x4 5.2L Dakotas... (pn xxx252 I believe)--- THey just haven't had any orders for them. You might find a dealership that still has a set, but expect to pay full list for them.
I sell the JBAs or Gibsons for the guys with 4x4s.
