I like the Dynomax Mr Balls. Though I have a 5.2L, I believe the 3.9 crowd like them as well. :-)

For just a performance replacement, the Dynomax is the most mellow sounding. (I've personally run Dynomax, Magnaflow, Flowmaster, and Ravin on my truck for testing...no significant performance gains...just sound preference.)
