 Subject: Tuning Help in Detroit

I have a 94 Dakota SC 5.2 5spd, that I have been stock piling parts for & final started to install them. Once done I belive I will need some help tuning. Im near Detroit.
I was wondering if anyone has installed a simular setup on a 94 or 95 & if so did you have to upgrade to a newer PCM for tuning reasons or does any tweak the older controllers or did run OK once done.
