Tire size does. You can up the wheel size (say 15" to 17") but as long as the new tires are the same diameter as the old - no change.

The dealer can reprogram your PCM to account for larger tires, up to 31 inches. Any larger than that and they can't because 31's are the largest that came from the factory and that's all the dealer can do.
