That looks like it might be the real thing. $15 bucks would be a good deal. I wouldn't expect 20hp from it though. It'll produce about as much as a CAI. You could just relocate your IAT censor to your CAI and get the same effect.

You could do a search on this site and find old posts on how to do it yourself for quite a bit less and not have to pay shipping. The adjuster is just a varistor that fools the computer into thinking the intake manifold temp is lower than it actually is. Not hard to build, any electronics parts house will have the parts you need.
