Thought it was a Car Craft issue, and sure enough it's the March 1993 Car Craft issue. As I recall, the Supercharged stuff was just getting into gear for the Magnums, and in fact, CC's Dakota featured in the article was used by Vortech to design the V-1 Gearcharger setup that went to market later on. A mere 5psi kicked it to 330hp. They also applied Western Chassis drop spindles and leaf spring hangers, as well as 235/45ZR17 fronts and 275/40ZR17 rears. They added Rancho shocks and sport seats, some Auto Meter gauges.
