Finally finished my new bumpers. The tubes are 2" x 1/8" wall welded to 1/4"
mild steel. All bolted with grade 8 hardware. Tow hooks front and rear and
on the rear bumper I included a 2" receiver for towing.

Take a look at http://www.dodgetruckworld.com/mygallery.asp?id=3309

Looks good but I'd replace the OEM chrome bumper with the tubes if it was possible. Looks good though.

The Body lift is not on yet and those are the 32" tires. I love them and when these are worn out, I'll put on the 33" MTRs.

Wow, those look great! Did you do have somebody make them, or did you do it yourself? Do you have drawings?

Thanks, I made them myself. The brackets were lazer cut at a local machine shop and the tubes were bent at a shop that makes sand rails. All the welding is my fault.

I only have cad drawings for the brackets. Givin the amount of rework I had to do to them, I would not recommend them. It would be best to make a cardboard mockup. I went from measure to draw to manufacure with no model. That's was a mistake.

Anyway you would give up the cad drawing for the brackets?
