How's it goin people? I have a little delima that hopefully someone has some experience with. My Dak currentyl has 30x9.50x15 BFG A/T's on it right now, but they are getting pretty close to Mickey Thompson Street E/T's. I am saving up right now for my lift(s), but will need new tires before I can afford them. So, my question is: Can I fit 31x10.50's or possible 32x11.50's on my stock ride without any rubbing??? I'm pretty sure I can't fit the 32's but has anyone tried 31's????

I appreciate all help in advance.
Thanx

I have a 93' 4x4 dakota at stock heigth and run 31x10.5 pro comp a/t's with a ton of room to spare. I bet I could run 32's with no rubbing at all. By the way, how do you like your flowtechs? ya got a part#?

cool, I think I'll crank up my torsion bars and try some 32's.... Cross your fingers for me :-\.

Andrew, I love the FlowTechs, I noticed incredible lower torque improvements right off the bat. I'll have to look in a Summit catalog for the part number, but they are the "Summit Brand" headers for $159. FlowTech makes them, then Summit sells them, they even have the FlowTech badge on the driver's side header. I was pretty surprised when I opened the box. Just for note, If you order them, you need to goto DC to get the EGR tube gasket(about 3 bucks), it doesn't have one with it, but it does include all bolts and header gaskets.

That is great news. Did they just bolt right in or did you have to do any fabricating the stock y-pipe? Any leaks?

Yeah they are the Summit Truck Headers, if you call them and talk to them they only have one set of Summit brand headers for gen II daks. I just tried to get their part number but their site is down apparently. They were completely bolt on. I had to do no modifying at all. I did have two exhaust leaks right off the bat, but one was the EGR tube (the gasket is not supplied you need to get from a dealership around 3 bucks) and a small one on the passenger side manifold. I got the EGR gasket and that took care of that one, then loosened the header bolts and re-torqued them like I should have the first time :-\ and now they're just fine. You should get them, they are a great buy, and I have no complaints whatsoever.
